We endeavour to send your order as quickly as possible, all orders are dispatched within 4 working days. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated at the checkout to give the best possible shipping rate for your order.

Maximum postage in the Republic of Ireland is €5. Free shipping in Ireland on orders over €60. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.

Shipping rates elsewhere vary and are calculated in the cart. Shipping times outside ROI vary.

Please note for deliveries outside the European Union further charges for customs and duties may be added at the time of delivery or arrival into the country. This varies by country and will be charged by your local customs/tax office. Buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

Note for US orders

In light of new EU tariffs, customers will be contacted by Irish mail carrier An Post via the email address provided on the order to collect duties payable before the item is sent from Ireland. If the tariff is not paid, the item does not leave Ireland and is returned to us at Convert. Further taxes may be due on receipt and buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees.
