This eye pillow makes a wonderful self care and wellness gift, it is sustainably made with fabrics destined to be discarded. Use before bedtime to help you rest better, it is also ideal for yoga and meditation practice. To use simply lie back and place over the eyes and allow the gentle weight across the brow to encourage the body's nervous system to relax.
The vibrant dragon eyes pattern 100% cotton outer case is removable and machine washable at up to 40 degrees. The inner pillow fabric is 50/50 cotton polyester mix fabric.
Filled to a weight of 220g with organic linseed and measures 24 x 12 CM, this pillow is unscented.
The fabrics in this eyepillow were scraps and bedding in a past life.
Store in a cool dry place away from moisture when not in use. Heating or cooling this pillow is not recommended. The filled inner pillow is not washable.
