Use it as a gift for yourself or others to help relax, relieve stress and tension. Use before bedtime to help to improve your sleep. To use, simply lie back and place over the eyes allowing the gentle weight of the pillow across the brow to encourage the body's nervous system to relax.

Handmade with 100% upcycled fabrics in Co. Monaghan, Ireland. The removable outer case is light grey with a white arrow pattern, it is 100% cotton and machine washable at up to 40 degrees. The inner pillow fabric is 50/50 cotton polyester mix fabric. The fabrics in this eyepillow were bedding in a past life.

By using upcycled fabrics, just one pillow saves up to 250 litres of water compared to using new fabrics.

Filled to a weight of 220g with organic linseed, the pillow is unscented as fragrance can be a very personal choice. Measures approximately 24 x 12 CM, the ideal size for blocking out light and visual stimuli in the room, allowing the senses to turn inward and relax. 

Store in a cool dry place away from moisture when not in use. Heating or cooling this pillow is not recommended and the filled inner pillow cannot be washed. 

Pattern placement will vary making each eye pillow unique and individual.
