To use simply lie back and place over the eyes and allow the gentle weight across the brow to encourage the body's nervous system to relax.
Handmade with 100% upcycled and reclaimed fabrics, the grey blue fern pattern outer case is cotton, it is removable and is machine washable at 40 degrees. The inner pillow fabric is 50/50 cotton polyester mix fabric.
Filled to a weight of 220g with organic linseed, the pillow is unscented as we believe fragrance is a very personal choice.

Measures approximately 24 x 12 CM, ideal for blocking out light and visual stimuli in the room, allowing the senses to turn inward and relax.
Store in a cool dry place away from moisture when not in use. Heating or cooling this pillow is not recommended. The filled inner pillow is not washable.
